new radiator and fan FTW. at least for now. just put in a spal fan and mishi radiator, and drove for a good hour and temps never got above 192. still wanna go through and do some other things to help out more, but as of now temps are consistant, gonna go cruise tomorrow in the straight heat to see what itll do. thanks everyone for their help
