motorola 2.5 bar map sensor! and higher resolution maps!

for some reason my datalog wont log over 3 psi ....how lame!anyway i figured that i need to swap out mapsonsors so i purchased a motorola 2.5 bar map and i was wondering if anyone had a way to make the map smoother with better rpm resolution for a smoother driving map i made a really good one with my stock map sensor ....maybe i just dont know where to start with this one! suggestions would really be appriciated
