Poor transient response or Clutch slip?

Hey guys. Doing pulls in the civic I'll notice, especially in the 3-4 shift, that power takes a bit to come back up, even though Im well in the RPM range for it to be quick. Im not sure If its clutch slipping slightly so that the engine isnt loaded enough to spool quick or what. It seems like it is right around 6000rpm in 4th. Heres a log.
