If for instance... Your base timing is actually set at 19* at the dizzy and the software assumes that it is set to the OEM spec of 16* (why wouldn't it be as it's your reference point). Then you will be 3* advanced over the whole map! So if you are running what you think is 23* at WOT at a given boost. You would actually be running 26*....
