Scaling values for a GM 2 Bar/ Delco 213-1520?
Hey guys, im running a GM 2 Bar map sensor, ac delco 213-1520 I bought directly from the parts store, and using ectunes scaling of.. mbar @ 0V =8 mbar @ 5V = 2041 Key on engine off = 2.45v and im getting about -21inHg of vac at idle and -27inHg coming down from WOT. I know this is a new motor and all but something about this doesnt seem all that accurate. Has anyone verified these scaling numbers for the GM 2 bar sensor?

well on the program this morning i checked the key on engine off voltage and the MAP reading was showing 2.31 on ectune, and I checked the scale i have vs what it was reading, seemed to be about .3inhg off. The known values i have are 29.1inhg @ .02v and 29.01psi @ 4.9v but the scale on ectune is 0v and 5v, not sure how if i should bother to change it. My 3 bar electronic boost gauge only shows -19 when my map sensor is showing -20.5inHg but i know the accuracy of the AEM boost gauge may be a little shitty.

Just check for resistance on the ground feed; and power feed from ecu if you feel the new to go that far. I've found that sensors aren't exact these days; for instance several map sensors (stock) topping out at a total of 10.1psi and lower; causing customers to melt pistons because they demand x psi even though I highly recommend map sensors for this very reason for anything over 8.

welp the whole reason i went with a ACdelco map sensor brand new is because i know its at least a quality made GM replacement part, they make all the OEM parts for GM. Just unsure about the scalar in ectune thats all, but from what i can tell its not that too far off, id just like to fine tune it before i see randy on tuesday.
