ok ive a b16 engine turboed wat sort of timing is safe for my engine as how much can i add,im running .5 bar boost on a t3 turbo

you should be ok with these value also tell us more about your set up just be sure your dizzy is set according to the ecu value , using timing lamp and ecu dizzy sync function

im running stock b16a engine with t3 turbo and wastegate runing .5 of a bar thing is can i run some more timing on the car and what sort of power would it be mybe 220bhp ?

on stock B16A2 it's possible to go up to 350hp on stock internal with bigger injector it depend of your turbo set up , injectors, fuel pump, exhaust size.... and the ability of the tuner also octane rating of the fuel you are using!

useing 95octane also upgraded pump and 560 injectors

The value would be good i would change the map sensor so you could be able to tune for more boost pressure up to 1 bar and enjoy more power the ignition timing must be set on a dyno to be perfect, if you want the best of you set up
