Not bad for stock rear shocks, no wheelie bars, etc.

Not really. If you didn't notice the track (Shadyside in Boilling Springs, NC) is a rutted pig path and the lack of smooth continuous surface doesn't help a lot with traction or ET. When this car was making 60 whp less off boost it was turning 7.25's @ 105-106 on this track and then pulling 6.9@111-112 in the 1/8th at Rockingham and Bristol. A "Shadyside six" in a FWD is pretty impressive, I can only name two other FWDs to do it in the last three years. The BRE car, complete with wheelie bars and more to the wheels, wasn't one of them. Here's a vid of last Sunday: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0QMCFHFymGc Here's a vid of the CRX running John Phillip's high 8 second "small tire" 260Z with a 0.9 second handicap, note the oil smoke at the top end when he hit the nitrous.
