well last night my laptop froze up on me...so i reset the laptop....and now ectune won't work...i get this message.....can someone help me out.?

never mind....i tried this and it worked...
try deleting this folder C:\\Documents and Settings\\<username>\\Local Settings\\Application Datafolder In4Tec_Solutions <username> your current login name
