Settings pane bugs

Overlay/AFR tab, when hovering over text boxes with tool tips, the tool tips display in very odd locations. My settings window probably has been moved form where it is first introduced, so take that in mind... But the balloon helps do not show up anywhere near the box/selection they are being displayed for. Purely interface related... but on my list.. has been buggin me for a bit so I thought I would share. Thanks Calvin!

my screen capture doesn't pick up the tooltips for some reason either...

yeah, i was beginning to suspect.... closed
