ostrich cant connect

ok i started to tune my car after work today i already did the licene for the ostrich i had it hooked up and working great i was trying to get the antilag to do what i wanted and i went up to the top in ectune and clicked emulater and then clicked put base rom then the car started to go crazy and the cel light came on and it started to idle at 2 grand and i had no ostrich connection ??? any help would be nice thanks

#1 reboot #2 uninstall ostrich driver from PC #3 re-download latest FTDI driver #4 reboot #5 install new FTDI driver then plug in ostrich #6 verify COM port in device manager #7 try to connect tis a start.

thanks man i tryed it and nothing i think the ostrich is dead im going to call moats tommrow and see what they say could it be in ectune or do you think the car fried it cuz it was running when i hit put to and the car went crazy. thanks again p.s ostrich is v2
