From memory... ECU fanc output is active ground. So one relay coil wire goes to 12v, the other to ECU output. /Allan

There really is only one \"option\". It will only work in one way, you can´t pick and choose which way the output works :) /Allan

If you can be more specific as to what options you'd like, would be helpful. Do you have an idea of what you'd like it to do?

Hint: There's already a relay in the fuse box for the fan

a week ago i made this fan control to one civic. it is so easy that you wouldn't believe it. no wiring needed. just go to parameters-hardware settings-adiator fan settings and make it ENABLE, fan control output FANC /radiator fan relay A12)and put the temperature you wannt have fan ON. and that is all. no wiring needed and it is working great! PS: made on EURO P30 ECU (EDM)

Yes it is just like that but in some model of honda civic you can not do it. You have to wire it.
