Installed wont update, wouldnt open, now opens with error

Following the directions in the email I updated the ostrich fine. Installed ectune and tried to run forced update but got this error Image Tried to open ectune and got this error Image Uninstalled and reinstalled and now it opens but gives this error Image If you choose quit it pops up again a couple of times until the windows report error comes up (2nd pic) Anyone see what I'm missing?

Hmmm, that last pic looks identical to the error I started getting last week; just out of the blue one night it started. I assumed it was due to a slow pc with 6 months of tuning usage that was in need for a routine format. :?

That's no error. Taskkill is a program to kill the tast ectune.exe. Apparently ectune.exe was not found -> you didnt have eCtune running when you where updating. Normal message!

uninstall/reinstall do a force update... delete this too.. C:\\Documents and Settings\\<username>\\Local Settings\\Application Data\folder In4Tec_Solutions <username> your current login name

That's no error. Taskkill is a program to kill the tast ectune.exe. Apparently ectune.exe was not found -> you didnt have eCtune running when you where updating. Normal message!

I uninstalled, deleted that folder, then reinatalled. It seems to open fine now without errors and I resent my registration info so it seems everything is working. Thanks, now I just need my registration validated.
