Radiator Fan Fuel Correction Bug?

The radiator fan fuel correction keeps going back to \"%100\" I set it to 0%, save, close, re open rom and its back at 100% every time. I'd hate to have 100% plus fuel at 192 degrees :D Thank you for your time, dk
