installing bigger injectors...

currently i use 750cc injectors with an fjo driver, will be changing soon to i.d. 1000cc injectors, its been sitting on top of my table for a month now...i'd just like to know which would be easier since i don't have much time to work on my own car now, rescaling my injector size on my current tune or start from a new base map and retune...
