Individual cylinlder fuel trim question

Hi perhaps it's a dumb question but when i'm fill the individual cylinder fuel trim board, is it %, fuel value, or multiplicator? i've shearched but didn't find for ingnition it 's easier to understand it's degree i've attached a word print sceen thanks

thread jack: the cylinder numbers correspond to cylinder position or firing order? IE, #4 cylinder would be closest to dizzy, #3 would be the next cylinder over, #2 next, then #1 would be closest to the timing belt or is it #1 at timing belt, then #4, etc cylinder 4 and 3 on my setup (closest to the dizzy) run slightly lean, this is why i ask

cylinder 1 is always near timing belt as per helms manual.
