i experienced random fuel cut around 3000rpms when i had the IACV duty cycle up around 50%, turned it back down to around 20% and the random fuel cut was gone....this was using R7. Don't know if its at all related, but i figured i'd let you know, in case you've got your IACV duty cycle jacked up real high.

r7 doesn't have the fuel cut bug that is in rom 52/53 it should be somthing else

would this possibly have anything to do with a cold idle issue i'm having? While between 110-150F ECT my car will randomly lean right out (as if it randomly cuts fuel for a second or three) and start to bog and idle crappy, then it corrects itself and returns to the normal AFR. It doesn't do it while driving, only at idle while between those coolant temps.

it only does it between those coolant temps. And when i use my C*r*o*m*E tune or N*E*p*t*u*n*e ecu it doesn't do it at all.
