misfire, bog issue

I get a misfire/bogging issue if the tps is under 10%, mainly around the 2k-3.5k range. If I give it gas or let off the pedal all the way its fine, its just when im barely on it and tps shows under 10% that this happen. AFR seems to be fine during those area. I've tried messing with everything, but I just can't seem to get rid of the problem. I've tried messing with the tip-in. If i give it down to -30% it gets a little better but, it'd lean out and stutter for a sec if I accelerated...Tried giving it up to 50% and It would get pretty bad but would get rid of the lean issue when accel. I've tried staying on the area when it does this and richen it up a bunch, or lean it out but it would still do it. Tried putting in new spark plugs...etc Tried messing with the injector offset, overall fuel trim...tried starting a new map...still have the problem...it's driving me nuts...

you should also synchronize your dizzy with your map. looks to be off about 3*

I advanced the dizzy a little bit that time just to see if it makes a difference. Usually its sync at 16*. I'll also try to mess with the fuel cut some more..but I did changed it to 2% below tps and lower it to 400mSec. Just to clarify things, when I say below 10% I meant from 1-9% throttle not -10%.
