I will also cause some fouling.. This could explain why you suddenly had blowout issues..

But i added the octane booster after had the detonation problems... may be was caused by the idiot of the gas station putting 95 instead of 98 and run at full gas with less octane fuel?

probably not. and you wern't having detonation problems, that was spark blowout. Just cause the plugs worked perfect for 20,000 miles doesn't mean they don't wear out over time. so the combination of all these thing probably just happened coicidently when you updated. .030 gap is huge. I never run bigger than .020 on stock honda ignition. Just not worth the hassle to regap all the time.

so could be better to run spark plugs with .020 gap? I converted to mm and is 0.50mm i used 0.70mm to gap the new spark plugs. When i checked the old spark plugs was all ok, no ceramic parts broken, no problems in gap, the colour was ok... may be a problem in the interior of one spark plug? It was only happening when gets 1.2bar of boost :S so i was supposing that was a problem with ebc... Thanks for helping me to clear my doubts! ;)

the higher the density in the cylinder the harder it is for the spark to jump the gap. so if the plug is fouled or internally worn it won't jump the gap, and will missfire. make the gap smaller and it can jump it easier.. this is a simple explination, theres more to it, but you get the idea.

OK, i dont gapped the spark plugs lower than .030 because i was thinking that could make runs the ECT higher, and is so difficult to maintain at 94ºC at full boost. I will gap to .020 and test it.

Nope, has no effect on temps.
