datalogger will not download!!!!!help

when i download the logger ver. i get the box askin to down load or save and when i save it than i try to open it, it pops up internet expoler a blank sreen for a second than it goes back to the box askin to open or save again and it just repeats...i have vista and i downloaded .net and account control user is disabled please help any on so i can get pro version workin

What file are you clicking? It's a Rar file right? open it with a decompressor.... instead of double clicking it. IF you don't there's a few out there;
