having hard time installing license

i saved the license to programs/file/ectune clicked on the ectune program and it said if i wanted to replace it. now everytime i click on ectune. i get a black window with dashes moving everywhere. im having a hard time seting up the program.

did u save the license as license.xml in c:\\progam files\\ectune? if u delete the license does it start up as datalogger version?

yeah i saved it as that but ectune still came as datalogger
