I found an option for more columns, but is there anyway to get more rows?

Just set you mouse on the table where you want to add a row or column and right click, choose add column or choose add row and your done.

notta. The total number of rows remains the same.`

correct and will always remain the same.. if u need more rows use secondary maps with a switch based on rpm

can someone help me set that up? added and changing rows or columns has its quirks and I dont want to mess something up.

Go to your secondary map settings turn it always on set it to switch on @ what ever rpm( say 7500) you should be in vtec by 6500 go to secondary maps and the #2 cam profile map and youll see the rows still need to be set set them to desired rpm ( I dont think they go above 11000 RPM) LOL guesstimate the ignition timing off your old map( retarted is always safer) then go visit the dyno

huh? I dont think that does what I want it to do. I want to be able to have more rows of RPM not for the max RPM but for accuracy in tuning. so right now it goes from 4000 to 4500, I would like something like 4000, 4200, 4400...

you can't add more rows, the only way to get more RPM breakpoints is to use secondary maps like was described above..

Ok, So on the secondary map start @ the bottom row and make it a little bigger than your redline and then in incriments of 200 change the rows. Then on your primary map start @ 2000 and change the rows in 200 incriments. You'll want to overlap the maps in the middle some where, tune both of them and that's wher you make the RPM switch. Youll have to copy and paste the closest fuel and ignition row for each row you create. If you have vtec then you'll end up tuning 4 maps.

I'll give it a shot. thanks

Usually, there will be parts of the map which can work fine with lower resolution. Maybe you can simply move things around a bit to reach your objective? /Allan
