finially got back to point of being able to tune again, made the basemap with the latest version (0.0.2.2r0) The car starts then immediatly shuts off. Crank fueling is kicking the car over, but after that the car goes full lean and dies. After messing with it, I got the car to start and idle by adjusting the Injector Offset to 85 but a blip of the throttle drops the wideband to full lean and the car dies. After loading the maps I made with version 0.0.1.8 r5 the car starts and runs fine. No problems with Crome bins either. (new or old) tried force update, twice.... then uninstalling eCtune, deleting all files in the eCtune directory, and reinstalling. No difference. Computer is a Dell D400 1.7Ghz, 1G RAM and 40G+ free HD space, XP SP2 all windows updates. car: 92 civic, completely stock '00 USDM ITR swap. Zero problems with Crome or earlier version of eCtune. cal is attached.

That version is to old the new version 59 rom uses complete different fueling routine. Better if you start from scratch

that's what's happening with the scratch built 59 cal (the posted cal) the 0.0.1.8 r5 cal, I uploaded to the ostrich and the car run fine. (my post made it sounds like I imported the maps)

to post an update. I still can't create a cal from scratch for some reason. I had a cal made by a local shop and it runs great. I can manipulate the cal all I want with my computer with no problems, just can't create one. (the issue has to be with my computer) One little problem we ran into, if the ostrich is married to my license (single user) and he tried to upload a cal to it using his dealer license, he could connect to the ostrich, but could not upload a cal. Resetting the license with my computer fixed the issue. Not a huge deal since this will likely not happen that often, just thought I'd mention it.
