Logger freezing

After bypassing the USB hub i never ran into any problems with it til now. Just a few days ago it locked up on me after 10 minutes of logging perfectly. I disconnected and reconnected and everything went back to normal for about a minute and locked up again. (it still records data, just doesnt show it in real-time) I disable all the main programs that take up a lot of space other than eCtune and that still doesnt help. I was running the logger close to the highest sampling rate. I figured maybe i was running it too fast and stepped it down to around 6-7 on the sampling rate and i still get the problem. Is there any way to determine whether the problem is on my end?

Electronic interferance? Are your FTDI drivers updated? what is your latency change it to 16 and try again. make the cable between hulog and ecu short as possible. ground the ecu

Put a noise filter on the usb cable and/or replace it. The noise filter works flawless. Same thing hond.ta recommends for KPR0 I haven't had a problem since.

link to said noise filter? Its definitely EI. I moved the hulog to a different spot in the car and it stopped freezing, lol. Hopefully this weekend i will have some free time to put into fixing it all up.

latency of the FTDI driver is at? I had this ones with to low latency ectune just gets bad data from the driver or ecu. Could be electrical interference. Funny thing is.. it must go really wrong.. i'll add something you can check the bad frame.. I have a checksum if checksum is not good the frame is discared. i'll add a counter for that i think that a lot of frames get thrown away... i can see where it goes wrong i patched one place already try with the latest version i'll patch more.. i think if something goes out of scale maybe ectune stops logging or freezes... could be... not sure...

yea the engine went absolutely bonkers once the interference kicked in as you can see. The datalog displays 11volts from the battery and it goes super lean how do i check the latency?
