Random Rev Limit with FTS

I am very new to tuning in general and don't get a lot of time to experiment with EcTune. I did manage to get a log of an issue I'm having with a random rev limit that doesn't appear to be FTS activated but goes away when I disable FTS When the driver shifts to 3rd the Fuel cut and Ignition cut are both active, but FTS and FTL are both outputing 0 
I also have bad breakup during the 2nd gear pull but I have not looked to see what that may be. Car is a DA integra with a stock B16, 450's and an HX-35 going to just about 12lbs FTS is set to the power steering input that is tapped into the cruise control clutch switch
