i just installed an a/t p28 ecu on my car to be able to use boost control, installed everything and got a cel when i started it, i knew that would happen since it was an a/t box, but i thought i could disable the code through parameters setting, disable a/t check box, tried it several times, still the cel...i'll just remove the resistors then, this is just to let Calvin know... this was just after running the upgrade....

funny i have a auto p06 and didn't remove resistor and just disable the auto error codes;)

Removed r17 and jumpered r18 and still got a cel, a code 30 something about the a/t, i forgot to add, i started before on a jdm p72 rom manual, took out the ostrich and installed it on the a/t p27, should i change the rom or something during rom creation to select the new ecu type? tried clearing the cel but it would still come back, turn off engine, clear cel and once the engine starts after a second the cel comes back again...

finally cleared the code 30, i disabled iab check box and cleared the code again, this time code 30 didn't come back anymore....

disable iab i have added that. iab does not throw code esp not 30

disable a/t didn't work when disable iab was checked. i unchecked both disable iab and a/t and error was gone
