eCtune

im new to tuning but i am an experienced pc tech so learning the software isnt a problem. i just need to know what all hardware/software i need to do a street tune on my 98 h22a ek (stock internals) obd2/1 conversion p13 ecu, thanks, possibly a tutorial of some kind oh and i have 2 cels:egr(code 12) ,and o2 sensor(code 1)
