eCtune

like it said click on forceupdate it wont go threw it says that it cant find the base cal folder go to program files>ectune> no base folder. i have not used the laptop for anything but tuning have not used it for like 2 months. went to use with my new lc-1 and nothing any help ???? thanks Wes i have used ectune on this laptop for around 2-3 months prior

I would Suggest deleting ectune folder and reinstall

will i have to get a new license and all or will all that still be okay.

I have this also. The \"start page\" shortcuts dont work for me eighter, but when I go to the eCtune directory and start it manualy all is fine. The link is ok so I dont have a idea what is wrong.

I remember getting this error during an upgrade. I think I just created the folder it was looking for and re-ran the upgrade.

I went ahead and uninstalled then reinstalled. Of course that has left me with an ostrich that ectune does not recognize. I re-requested a new ostrich lic at 4ish today and am waiting for the email. I know that Calvin will send it asap, this software and programmer are the best. I have had the ostrich change its serial yet never left the car, and then the file went missing....I swear I have some of the worst luck with anything car related!!!! Thanks guys, Wes
