having troble with af reading

it does not start reading so i take it off the screen and go back to to f9 table and some times i check back and its reading is this normal .ps im new to ectune so if im missing any thing any help would be great thanks also is there a contact number for ectune for suport

You can control when the program datalogs, default it does not datalog when your not moving or in first gear but you can change all the parimeters for what you want.
