Fuel cell decrement bug.

Here is a bug I found tuning today... I selected a region in the map and used the adjust feature to decrement them by a fixed value. This decement value caused some of the cells to \"wrap\" around subject to the multiplyer used they ended up being large positive numbers like 200 or so. Fairly easy to reproduce... Select a cell and decrease selection until it hits 0. Decreasing one more will cause it to become a large positive number. OR Select a cell that is say 99 and use the adjust feature to decrease by 100 you will see the same behaviour. -Michael
