I also can replicate an o2 code w/ an open loop map. Cal & log not available at the moment.

Resurrecting an old post, since I see no solution. I have the same issue. Running OL. Using Techedge wideband. When I connect the wideband output signal from the Techedge to the ECU I regularly get this error, mostly when letting off the throttle at high revs. If I connect the simulated narrowband output, the problem disappears. So its probably the voltage level that offends the ECU in some way.
