Issues again...

I have been having issues updating lately.I just tried to start up my ectune and it said i had to run force update from the start menu.once i ran the force update it said it could not find ectune maps and continued updating.once it was finished i tried to start up ectune and now it says \"Contact ectune(
[email protected]) with MSGID 001H Machine ID:my laptop serial id #.For more detaials. Anyone have this issue?Im also running vista

you license or machine is block send me a email with your machine id so i can see why.

have you recieved any of my emails?I have the car on dyno right now and need to have this done tonight so i can have a car for work tommorow.I took out crome from my ostrich to dedicate it to ectune and now i cant even do anything.can you reply to your emails so we can fix this. What causes this problem anyway?did i do something wrong? Please and thank you,Danny
