Base map, Turbo Si with Garett t3 t4 turbo. Limiter sounds like AK47 going off. What could be the cause? Ign cut? Fuel cut?

antilag ign cut and excessive richness will all cause this.

As its a basemap you maybe dont get enough timing and your GT's getting too hot, if the mixture is rich you'll get this with only ignition cut !
