Its not to bad. Only happens when ECT is between 140-operating temp. Will come to a stop and idle will start going back and forth from 1000-1500. Cleaned my IACV, and I've tryed messing with the duty cycle to no avail.

Check your fast idle valve. I see this a lot on hondas that come though our shop. Here is how we fix it. Take the fast idle valve apart and there is a white round button looking piece. Push and screw it in, repeat till it bottoms out. Re asm and re install fast idle, problem fixed.

I always let the slider in the middle. It must be possible to do it with the hardware of the engine. Do the following steps: 1-let the car heat up. 2-disconnect the eacv valve 3-with the disconnected eacv valve it must be idle'ing at 500/600rpm. If it doesnt idle at 500/600rpm take care that it does idle at 500/600rpm. Open or close the idle screw, adjust the throttle, just do whatever you can to get the idle at 500/600rpm. If thats done, stop the engine, reconnect the eacv valve and start again and let it idle for about ten minutes without touching the gas.
