Hello Everyone Car is Turbo 00 SiR The problem is that, TPS voltage will not go below .47V no matter what. Even if i just plug it without connected to the TB. Still will not go under .47V Also the Voltage Fluctuates Sometimes Sometimes its .47V sometimes .51V thanks everyone in advance

do you have a turbo timer or boost controller connected to that tps wire? Maybe there's your problem.

What does it matter? Just correct it through the ectune software by saying that 0% throttle = .47 volts. Problem solved.

Got the exact same problem. Issue with this fluctuating tps is that sometimes the fuel cut comes in and sometimes not, the idle also goes crazy sometimes must be due to ecu thinking you pressed the throttle but physically not.I suspect it is something to do with grounding... havent got it fix though

Adjust fuelcut. Such a small 1% fluctuation should affect everything.

Thermostat ground has 3 Ground Wires. 2 Small and one large. ONE Small wire is holding by 1 strand. What is the small wire ground for? alt? injectors?

Small wire is one for some of the sensors, just clip it and add a new ring terminal.

maybe tps,and that was causing my tps voltage to act funky
