requested license on new laptop and tried to get rom on ostr

Well i just got a new laptop my old one got busted up. It had my tune saved on it. Well i went to try and recover my tune from the ostrich and i requested my license and now my tune has seemed to disappear what have i done wrong? i hope i dont have to start from scratch now

one requesting a license you ostrich is not wiped clean. It should still be there.
