Boost cut limit to current RPM - mis-feature.

The boost cut feature has something to limit at the current RPM or one that cuts to 1200 RPM. I think the first part is not of any use. If your MAP value climbs high enough to hit the cutoff then it needs to cut the engine, not limit it's RPM as the system is likely already capable of spooling the turbo to well beyond the cut point. Unless there is a good reason for this feature I think it should be removed to avoid accidentally setting it wrong. -Michael

so your saying cut and not resume till 1200RPM ?? Or just have it cut until the boost is below the cutoff point then resume.. not sure uf you should remove this feature, I see the idea behind removing it, but this feature does what its supposed to do so far on the last few turbo cars I've used it on.. There could be exceptions where it wouldn't work, but I think that should be left to the tuner todecide.
