This has been hapening the last little while. My car is throwing primary o2 sensor code, when i check error codes in ectune. MIL is on. i can clear the code, and it will come back on a few days later. Closed loop is disabled on my .cal file..so why is this still able to come on??? Calvin can you have a look at the routine for throwing o2 code? I duno if thats the best place to start looking. or is there something i can do on my end to try to figure out why its coming on? In the parameters windows under sensor/hardware settings i have the following things checked.(rtelated to 02 sensor) disable o2 heater disable closed loop only Do i also need to check the box for \"diables closed loop +VE correection\"???

If you upload .cal and elf (data and log file) it will help us find your problem!

you got er man. I got to tune the car a small bit last night (3 pulls) at ~14-15psi..but my wideband wouldnt connect to my pc...so i was tuning by trying to watch the damn wideband..so ignore any \"lean\" spots lol. In the log im going to post..its very long, as i recorded about a ten minute drive on the way to work..the 2nd 3rd gear pull i did at the very beginning (TIME=2.43) i think is when the MIL went on for the o2 sensor right after the pull. check it out. other times it comes on driving normally too, not just after pulls..i'll try to get more logs today if im driving to see if i can catch it coming on at different times. Also more info. When i turn key off, when the MIL is on. Then turn key back on, the code is cleared, and i don't even have to clear it myself.

if it's a real error code it should be stored in memory.

as opposed to fake? you can see in the log that the MIL comes on, and it says o2 sensor number one. It doesn't seem to affect anything, its just anoying, and i'de like to figure out why my 02 code is being thrown out of all the possible codes why 02 sensor?

I posted about this a few months ago. Here is the link.
http://forum.ectune.com/viewtopic.php?t=1805 I've also emailed Calvin the log of a run where the MIL 1 went on.

interesting. i never saw that post. only difference seems to be that mine does not stay in memory, it clears when i shut the car off, don't have to clear it manually. the only thing i can see is that its cioming on quite often now, almost daily. If i had my EBC hooked uop, and selected \"disable EBC if MIL\" is on, then if this non relevant code was coming on, i wouldnt be able to boost to what i wanted. Which you could disable if person had single user license, but if this is happeneing to Auth Tuners customers , and they have that box checked out, might be a slight piss off for them. thanks for looking at it calvin
