Cold start AFR's always changing............

Does not mater how many times I adjust ect and iat compensations, cold start afr's are always different from day to day. Specially when it's warm and I start the car. afr's tend to be at 17.5-18.0, and when it warms up, it's around 13.5. I've always had this issue. It was worse before, but after changing the iat sensor, it got a little better, but problem has always been there. I've adjusted compensations in any way possible, but no luck. Am I doing something wrong? Is anyone else having the same issue? Thanks............

Did you tune your batter offset tables? Can you post your cal and bin?

Yes, I did adjust battery offsets. Car is running RC550 high impedence injectors. At first, I used the original offset provided by ectune for those injectors, but ended up changing a little anyway. As soon as I get a chance, I'll post cal. Thanks....................

Here's the latest cal. This one seems to be better, but still not very stable...

Played with closeloop a little. Have it set that at 1200rpm, closeloop in at 0%, out at 1%. AFR's got better, but are fluctuating between 13.8-15.1. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.......................

Start a new cal from scratch and get the car started using the Injector Calibration tool in the tools drop down let the car warm and adjust battery offset. Let the car cool and then adjust ECT/IAT corrections. That's how I go about it and never have an issue. You adjusted the fuel table which is probably why it's not so stable.

Thanks for the tip. I actually did that, but the other way around(adjusted cold tables, then warm). Will make a new cal and follow your steps. Will post soon............

I guess adjusting warm compensations first and cold later made a difference. The car still tends to lean out, but not as bad, and for about 10 seconds only. Thank you very much..
