Injector Scaling.

Has anything been done recently with the injector scaling? I used to be able to imput the injector size and everything would scale out pretty well, but now it's tricky. I tuned a precision 1000cc turbo gsr, and had to scale the injectors down to 500cc, and this other turbo gsr I'm working with now has RC 550cc injectors I had to scale back to 320cc's. Unless I'm doing something completley wrong now... (i have been stuck in megasquirt land recently), something seems different.
