eCtune

I tried to open ectune for the first time and even after multiple force updateds i keep getting Lock System and it won't open. What can I do to fix this? O and I did buy Pro..

which OS? XP, Vista, Seven?

It's xp. So what I'm being told is to reload windows so I'm going to try that first.
