data log freeze up?

i have been data logging and all is well until recently, the wide-band stops reading, but everything else works fine. so i will disconnect then reconnect and i get an error that says attached device not operating. is this a software issue or do i have a flaky usb to serial dongle? its really irritating. thanks for the help in advance Wes

What your wide band display shows? (if you have display) stuck at 14.85?

no, the display runs as normal. the afr display on ectune freezes at what ever it last was. but the display on the techedge continues to run. i really think that is a dongle issue. i am going to wire up the voltout to the ecu. hopefully that will fix all this.
