I have a problem, i setup a basemap, and adjust injector offset fv to 50. I have 880cc precision injectors, so i select 1000cc precision offset. The setup is SRP Forged 81mm B16a Motor with Eagle Rods. B16a head with R cams. I get the car to idle, 14.5-15.2 When i free rev the car, the AFR Reads 10.0. What am i doing wrong?

Tune the maps..... With such injectors and no load the AF can become anything.

i have to remove about 20-30% fuel to the entire maps except for idle part, that will allow lines to cross. do you understand what i mean?

ok, crossing lines is not good, but whats wrong with removing 20% fuel in a part of the map where is almost no load? Go on and start driving and correct what is not good. At the end you should not have crossing lines but you should have a normal driving car.

You battery offset tables need to be adjusted... Set your FV to where the majority of your map is in the ball park, then adjust your idle fueling up.. If you notice you have to add alot of idle fueling, check your battery voltage at idle VS revved up, if its lower at idle then adjust the lower voltage cell in the battery offset table a little at a time till your idle fueling looks sane compared to the rest of your map..
