INJ duty not correct on csv

Hi I've exported a .elf to .csv and noticed that column \"INJ duty(%)\" is not showing correct values, can anyone confirm? Thanks in advance.

Not sure of the measure unit/dimension but i'm attaching the xls file for you look at it.
