New software version question please look inside!

So i just downloaded the newest version of eCtune and when i first open the program or when i try to do anything with the program for that matter a prompt pops up and is asking me to do this <configuration> <system.windows.forms jitDebugging=\"true\" /> </configuration> When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer rather than be handled by this dialog box. Im sorry, Im sure this is a dumb question but if someone could point me in the direction on how to fix this i would really appreciate it

Im really looking forward to learning as much as possible but i am just starting so i gotta work my way through the software and figure out how to use it properly. thx for all replies in advance!!
