Just switch the outer two wires? Then 0% = 0.45V and 100% =4.55V I'm not sure if eCtune can compensate a faulty wired sensor...

no it wont compensate. just switch the to wires and it should be fine.

once you have it wired correctly you need to run tps calibration in the tools drop down menu and you should be good to go, unless you have a bad sensor

yo, attached is another diagram, the pins are listed as follows: 1-green w/white stripe 2-red w/blue stripe 3-yellow w/white stripe follow this diagram and make sure the wires are in the correct pins locations, if you follow this diagram you cant go wrong, if that doesn't fix the problem your problem is somewhere else. also make sure the wiring is correct at the ecu as well, the first diagram i sent will show you the correct wire pin out at the ecu

i dont know, you tell me. what are your wire colors in order of 1,2,3 on the tps connector. i cant tell you that for sure because i am not looking at it, if you can take a pic of the connector and post it that would be helpful so i could see what u are working with. the diagrams i posted for you are strait from all data, the repair information program that i use every day at work, unfortunately i only have a helms for my d16 4th gen civic, but still, if you follow what the diagram says you cant go wrong, unless the wire colors are different from usdm cars. where are you located and what is your car? jdm? edm? usdm? there is no reason to open the tps sensor, if its bad, its bad
