Overall fuel trim question

Post by james25 »

Overall fuel trim is a multiplier that is applied to the \"whole\" map not just idle? Here's what I did before I started doing my street tune. Set my Injector offset and Battery offset tables to get a good idle. Part throttle/cruise is pretty rich at the moment. Can I adjust the overall fuel trim to get me close to a desired afr on part throttle/cruise or just adjust the columns? I was thinking, if I can use the overall fuel trim to get a good afr and then nit pick the columns it would make my maps a lot smoother. I could be wrong though :) still learning here.
