The laptop I have everything registered with crashed. I was wondering if I could just load everything on a different laptop and be able to connect the the demon and be able to tune. The car is going to the dyno next Sat. and I wont have that laptop back.

Machine id won't match, you will need to contact Calvin and re-register.

Sent him a pm lastnight, still nothing back.

Once you install, send an email to Calvin, then immideately fill out the registration request in ectune and submit. Wait for license file. Once license is there do the ostrich license like before, and that new license will come immideaely in email and your good to go.

If you got the e-mail with the serial ID for the demon, then just install everything on the new laptop and open the emulator info window, click on serial and copy and paste the number from the e-mail in the box and you should be good to go.
