eCtune

So I ponied up the $200 and bought eCtune. I followed the directions in the download link provided,(see below) and never received the license. What's more confusing is the software I received from the download link was for a Demon. Yes......I clicked and downloaded from the Ostrich link. Several emails to eCtune and still in the same spot. Getting frustrated at this point. I paid $200 for software that is not working. What should I do????

Ectune defaults to demon mode when there is no license installed. You have to load it, go to the help->register window, and fill it out. Once you get your license in the mail (not instant, be patient) put license.XML I. Your ectune folder and run ectune. Now connect ostrich, and request a license for it. Check your email, this replacement license.XML is sent almost instantly, replace the first license.XML with this new one. Now your ready to use eCtune. Paitence is key though, Calvin has to validate your specific purchase and prepare your account/license.... eCtune isn't his main job, so we can't expect instant results nice of you to join the group! You won't be dissapointed!
