eCtune

So yeasterday when i opened ectune it said my ostrich license expire the 21st of may. The \"request license\" button was grayed out, so I sent an email to calvin with serial number, licence number etc. I am taking the car on vacation tomorrow morning, and I'm planning to get it tuned when I'm up there the 21st. Its a 10 hour drive each way (with a car setup for circuit racing), so it would SUCK to not being able to tune it, so I'm kind of freaking out now! :p Havent got any answer yet, so today i tried resetting the ostrich, and the \"request license\" button got activated, so I pressed it. The ostrich still works fine, after uploading the map cal again, but ectune still says the ostrich expires the 21st. What to do??

Nothing in my inbox or my junk mail, and I dont get any email when I hit request license either (it is supposed to be an automated email, if I understand correct?). I also tried deleting the license file like the thread said, but then it would not connect to the ostrich, so I could not request any new license that way. After I reset the ostrich and press request license it says vendor ectune and true in the ostrich info, and the registration details under \"registration tab\" is correct, so idk what is up now...!

relicensing is normally painless.... After you delete license.XML you have to fill out the first registration again before the ostrich, and after you submit it, you should get an automated message stating that your info was received... Not the license. If you don't get this email something must be up with your email spam filter or something; I always got that email instantly... Once you get that initial license (could take a week+), the rest is painless and basically automated (ostrich only, idk anything about the demon process, which to my knowledge just requires a serial number entered in the emulator window).

Its just an ordinary hotmail adress, there's been no problem before, so I dont understand why the spam filter suddenly should make such big trouble? I dont have a week+ to wait for the license, my dyno appointment is on friday

I'm pretty sure you'll get something automated that will take care of it man. Mine says it expires tom and I def need it tom so we will see.

My tuner license expired and now I am locked out, never got anything automated like last time.

Just got my automated license and it worked fine, back in business baby!

I got the lisence from xeno the day before it expired, but somehow it didnt help, still said it expires 21st of may. So I'm kicked out.

i double/triple checked it and send it out again.
