ebc goes straight to boost cut

Hey, i am having problems with ectune and my mac soleniod. no matter what dc % i set, it goes straight to boost cut. ebc activation : 10psi wg activation: 7psi fixed duty cycle 5% normally closed straight to boost cut any ideas?

my duty lookup map, is filled in by guess. should i 0 them out?

Hi i had the same problem it was a leak at the westgate no boost control= boost cut check your mac valve set activation with a vacum value , put key ON and you will hear the clicclic noise if not, you have a Mac valve electrical problem: wiring bad soldering.... check your WG vacum/boot hoses

thanks for the response.... the valve works 50% duty in vac, it clicks like a woodpecker so the mac valve works. i filled in the duty table lookup without actually finding the duty cycles. im hopinh thats the problem.

ITS not a boost leak, i unplug the soleniod wires, and it holds 10-11psi - wg pressure

yup bro but i needed a high duty cycle like 60% for 15psi i blew a headgasket, i used one of those cheap korean ones... =( but the car was miss fireing close to redline tho.... before the hg blew

Ok cool sounds good, The pwm control is great once you get it all setup properly.
